Why using tiny_db component relate to access permission to photo and media despite this component only use to save value , asking to access media and photo push many installers to uninstall the app
Your question is unclear, please elaborate
It would really help if you provided a screenshot of your relevant blocks, so we can see what you are trying to do, and where the problem may be.
To get an image of your blocks, right click in the Blocks Editor and select “Download Blocks as Image”. You might want to use an image editor to crop etc. if required. Then post it here in the community.

This message shows to everyone want to install my app if the user deny permission the app will not work, my app doesn’t require using image , it uses tiny_db to save values
