I tried to import the AIA file you sent
10 questions come randomly.

But the options against question 1 are not the same as question 1.
There is an option for another question.
Question 7 is against Option 7 which is absolutely true.
But
Question 6 is against option 5 and question 10 is against option 8

So that every time the question and its options do not fit properly. Sometimes it fits.

I have created a quiz application.
This application has questions and its 4 options.
Questions come airtable through this application.
There are 10 questions in total.
These 10 questions are changed randomly each time and are not repeated a second time. And its 4 options (A, B, C, D) also change randomly. But the answer is in the same order as in the airtable sheet. Due to which there is a problem in the result.

Question 1 of this quiz application. While this question number is 8 in the airtable sheet.
Including Option A Cow
Option B dog
Option C Rabbit
Option D elephant
The correct answer is Option C - Rabbit.
Clicking on Option C shows that the answer is correct.
But if we click on any other option, the answer is wrong. And instead of the correct answer to this question in the correct answer, Dhiren shows the correct answer to the first question in the airtable sheet. While the correct answer to this question is Rabbit.

Found the reason. Actual problem is, Problem is in Showing the result for wrong answer
