Hi, is there any problem if I use the same Debit Card to buy two Google Play Console account? Please note that, the card is same, but console accounts are for different individuals.

You may be able to buy 2 different accounts but keep in mind that if one of them gets suspended the other one will almost certainly get suspended as well.
We don’t exactly know. These questions should better be asked directly to Google Play team.

@Nikthegreek This is horrible! In short, we should not do it! But I wonder thinking what *************** with Google if I use it?!
I don’t have many friends with many multiple accounts but I never heard about this problem of “one account was suspended, the other will too”.
The people talking about this may have been suspended on both accounts because they were doing things against Google TOS and accessed them from the same computer.
But if it was me I wouldn’t risk it. Just use a pre paid card and problem solved.

This is the kind of thing that Google will never directly answer I guess. If they do it and they admit it they will be creating problems for themselves.

i remember u i helped u in html project.the answer here is that no if first account get banned second will also get banned
If you want to collab with someone, you can add another Google account to your developer console. So both accounts can access to Google Play Console.
