Error in Firebase get value

Hello There!

I’m using Firebase from a long period but noticed something unusual. If I update any tag’s value in my previous uploaded Tag Value from admin side and when my users try to get that tags value they receive the same previous data/value . i don’t know why can anybody facing the same problem Please reply YES so that it get listed and maybe somebody from thunkable can provide some support.

my bad but the problem is same for both platforms

did you check that when you update data from your side, is the tag actually getting updated ? open firebase console in your browser, then update data and check if it is changing or not.

and it would be better if you show us the blocks, we can take a look
