Set Thumb Of Scrollbar
Arrangement - Any Horizontal or Vertical Scroll Arrangement

radius - integer like 20,30.

Set Trackbar Of Scrollbar
Arrangement - Any Horizontal or Vertical Scroll Arrangement
startColor - any hex or color.

Set Thumbsize Of Scrollbar
