Height & Width arent same as my phone resolution

My phone’s resolution is 1080x2340 but it only shows 411 and 811 .

These are the values in dp, as Boban explained. Phones do not run at native resolution to keep things legible.

Boban is correct. You can check also TaifunTools extension it has a block that returns the density of the device. It really helps.
