How to make quiz app with tinydb and spreadsheet?

I want to make quiz app with database in spreadsheet. then, when the app initialize, question will be loaded from spreadshee and store it to tinydb. So, the user can use the app offline. image for the question also included? please help me.

The data is received from Google Sheets and saved in TinyDB, if you’re not interested, we can easily remove it by creating our own list of lists structured like this
