Assuming you have 2 List Variables -
Campaigns : which contain Names
Links : which contain Links to Names
Use the New CampaignsShuffled List Variables to make your List.
And use your old method to Open Links
with the New LinksShuffled List Variables.
And it will work.
Show your item Click Blocks.
