first put your image inside horizontal arrangement, and set the image as parent widht/height, then setting your custom size on the arragement
This might be due to difference of size and propert of different images being displayed. In my experience, if the images are of same properties gives the same result.
for best results, if you are uploading images yourself than try to make it of same size (pixels *pixels) then you can try responsive sizes to have it as you desire and continue with that. Hope this helps.
