Is it possible to programmatically specify the position of a dynamic component?

Say I make 3 dynamic card views in a vertical arrangement. Each dynamic card has a textbox where I can type a number (12, 3 and 26 respectively). Is it possible to change the position of the dynamic cards based on the number? Say, in descending or ascending order? Or the newest card must always be at the bottom of the vertical arrangement?

I did and found nothing. Maybe, I am not that good in finding things. Can you point me to a thread you know that may have solved this issue?

Would you mind telling me how I can do that? Usually, for dynamic components, they are arranged with the oldest at the top and newest at the bottom right? How can I change that? Rearrange them programmatically?
