    Before you submit your app for review, you must provide an active demo account, login information, and all other resources needed to review your app (i.e., login credentials, QR code, etc.)
    Publishing Status\ 48xauto App status: Rejected
    Your app has been rejected and wasn’t published due to this policy issue. If you submitted an update, the previous version of your app is still available on Google Play.
    Action required: Provide instructions for app access

Go to in your Play console then open your App and you will see in the bottom of side menu ‘App Content’, click on it.

now find ‘App access’ after that Give login Credentials.
