So you have only ideas and not yet tried anything? Someone have to work for you and give readymade project? Sorry it wont be a best learning. Anyhow try this.
Many tutorials are there for creating login page
Refer that, based on it make a login page.
Once login successful, save the status in tinydb.
Next time when user open the app, it will check whether user is logged in status using this tinydb and set the next rule to open login page or activity starter pahe
Then use activity starter to open YouTube.
