I, personally will hesitate in using red color for login and sign up pages, because red color is symbol of danger and you surely don’t want your users to get disengage from login or signup itself !! But this is personal thought.
Also try to make it more it more attractive, like use different color, use different fonts from freely available fonts, etc. And there are guides on this community related to this and also there are similar topics Go through them, they will help.
Just consider these all as a suggestion and overall a good try 
and is appreciated

Dear @D_Apps, you have made a good app.
Look and feel makes UI comfortable to use. So, try to improve UI.
