kodular Team, i have not received payment email for the month of Aug 2024, although i withdrew balance the same day accrual came.
kindly resolve this matter.your positive response will be a great help.
usually as much i know kodualr sends payments on end of month or mid of month which is normally 14-15
so i suggest to wait my payment sometime takes 1 week to whole month !
just need to wait

The withdraw was by bank but that is not the question,The question is I haven’t received payment email

Exactly …the day accrual came I withdrew just like other normal days but this time payment email wasn’t sent to me like you guys
Firstly I haven’t received payment or email for the payment in August, afterwards in September on the accrual day my withdraw button became invisible @Diego @pavi2410
Any specific reason?
