Thank you everyone for helping in solve my problem, with your ideas and clues finally i fixed my problem.
when screen initialize timmer start to load dynamic component which giving this error.

i delayed timmer 1sec after screen initialize now no error showing

Finally timmer working without runtime error in this senario
