Some topics are unlisted/closed of some users talking off-topic discussion. They talk and our topics get unlist/closed by Moderator @Peter and @Boban and others/ My topic was unlisted and now closed -

It’s just because of some users, so what to do, it’s not our fault. 
Some people talk about something called binod wantedly off topic

They should punish that user instead of closing topic 
I think that guy should be suspended for his irresponsible and inappropriate action.

If if it happened 1 time it can be excused but not twice including me . Many people are ready to submit their work in my topic but it’s closed. Sorry @ADDYLIN, @nikzdreamer2001 and @VSatish
Because we can’t punish like this:
here in community.
We can just suspend for a specific time or permanently based on the user’s behavior.
