activity starter method working for me at last month. But it’s not working in new apps or recently developed apps.
You can see the screen recording of default apk proviced by @Alapjeet
I tested in phonepe and paytm UPI.
at the same time airtel UPI working fine now.

i have noted that, only Airtel payment app and freecharge app works in this case…
so we need to be use other payments app which supports this…

Okay guys finally i found solution of this problem. You need a merchant UPI id for using UPI extension. Only merchant UPI VPA are work properly. you can create merchant UPI VPA from any business upi apps like (GOOGLEPAY BUSINESS, PHONEPAY BUSINESS etc) . and guys you dont need to buy any kind of paid UPI extension. You can also use deephost’s free UPI extension or you can use activaty starter also. TY
