All_Sports_Channels_Live (1).apk (9.1 MB)

You got a mail which policies you violated.

Yes Sir below email i have received.

Hi Developers at AJI Apps,

After review, All Sports Channels Live HD, com.ajiapps.allsportslive, has been removed from Google Play because of an unauthorized use of copyrighted content . This app won’t be available to users until you submit a compliant update.

Here’s how you can submit your app for another review:

  1. Remove any content owned by a third party from your app.
  2. Read through the Unauthorized Use of Copyrighted Content article for more details and examples.
  3. Make sure your app is compliant with the Impersonation and Intellectual Property policy and all other policies listed in the Developer Program Policies. Remember that additional enforcement could occur if there are further policy issues with your apps.
  4. Sign in to your Play Console and submit your app.

If approved, your app will again be available with all installs, ratings, and reviews intact.

What if I have permission to use the content?

Contact our support team to provide a justification for its use. Justification may include providing proof that you are authorized to use the content in your app or some other legal justification.

If you’ve reviewed the policy and feel this removal may have been in error, please reach out to our policy support team. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.

I appreciate your support of Google Play!

That’s what i thought when i saw the name of your app. You have got to learn what copyright is. I see a lot of users who think they can take whatever they find on the internet and use it for their own gain.

If you continue to do that you will loose your Google Developer account. Maybe that is the best thing that can happen to you if you don’t know what is right and wrong.

You mean to say that the name of my App is copyright violation and it should be changes.? This violation happen due to the already exist app with the similar name in google play store, am i right?

What about the other content of the app i.e. i mages/graphics. etc. are these ok? or still they need changes.

Please advise.

What is not clear about the above sentence? Educate yourself about the concept of Copyright. I can see from the questions you ask that you don’t know anything about it.

For further questions ask Google. This is not Kodular related.

I understand about the above sentence. I have seen on the play store many apps similar to my apps are violating the above sentence and are using unauthorized copyrighted content but these are still live and not removed from the play store. Many of these apps developed by individuals.

I once had a similar issue. I had created an app for my client based on the content of their website. The app got rejected for same reason as yours.
Yes there are apps similar to your own in the app store. What you don’t know is that the owners of these apps have written permissions from the original authors of the content in their app and have shown it to Google.

What I did was show Google prove that I had permission from the website owners to use things from their website in my app.

What you can do…

  1. Get permission from the website your app is based on and send proof of permission to Google.

  1. Change your app content to open source materials

THERE IS NOTHING KODULAR CAN DO. ONLY YOU CAN HELP YOURSELF. Take the time and research. Don’t be lazy.

Hope this helps.
