Is it possible to create a signup screen?

Hi!
I was wondering if it’s possible to create a signup screen when my app loads and remembers the signup credentials when the user re-opens the app. Is this possible? If so, please tell me how.

Yes, it is possible…When old member open app he automatically open Home screen & new member redirects on sign up screen…
