It is because the keystore certificate of your builder do not match with the app Keystore certificate that have been uploaded to PlayStore previously.
Possible reason:
- You have imported .aia file from other source. Solution: You have to get the Keystore file of the app that is already been uploaded to PlayStore and import it to the present builder where app update has been made.
- You have changed/deleted the keystore file of the builder (if .aia was not imported and the previous & updated version of the app is from same builder account).
Anyway you have to get the Keystore file of the previous version (uploaded in PlayStore) of the app to make update. In case you have no option left to get old keystore file you may ask Google PlayStore to receive the previous playstore.
