Animated Avatars will be banned

We see more and more animated avatars on the community. Because these gifs are quite distracting and often extremely silly we are going to ban them. Since we can not do that in the code of the community, users who use them are asked to change their avatar. So if you are one of those users who have an animated gif as an avatar please change it to something static.
